SIMPLE SETUP
The interviewee downloads a simple client for the duration of the interview which monitors all processes on their machine. No need for an account. They can (and should) delete the client after the interview is completed.
The interviewer does not need to download anything and can access the interview details via the web portal.

REPORTING
During and after the interview is completed, you can access the full list of processes through the web app.
PRivate
Yapper keeps no Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for the candidate. There is no risk of a data leak because we do not associate a candidate with an interview. The interviewer must make a note of the unique interview id separately.

Is Yapper free?
No it's not.
Is Yapper undetectable?
No, it's not. The interviewee must download a light weight client and run it on their machine willingly.
Can I create an interview in advance?
You can, but should not. You should only create an interview when you're ready to interview.
How long is an interview session?
1 hour. After one hour, the interview is automatically ended.

How do I sign up for subscription?
You can sign up for a subscription once you've created an account and signed in. Look for the subscribe button in the header.

What is Yapper's cancellation policy?
You can cancel you subscription at any time - Once you cancel your subscription, all remaining interview credits will be forfeited.
